Product is not assigned to any platform. When new products are uploaded to Nventree and they need time to be created, either wait 15 minutes and try to resend product information in product details, or contact support.

Product has been disabled as no matching product found. The product is automatically disabled, if it has been removed from website. Re-add product to platform if need be.

Unable to update Stock for Products. When Nventree tries to update stocks through Ad-Lister and there is only partial information in the product, i.e. price doesn’t exist, category missed etc. To resolve this error please go to Ad-Lister and update the product.

When new product is being synced from Ad-Lister the app will try to update the SKU on the platforms before the product is saved. In such cases wait until product is fully uploaded and then wait for a re-sync, which happens every 30 minutes.

Wasn’t able to update stock for products. Reason being system out of memory. System will reconnect every 30 minutes, if problem persists contact support.
